The NJFP Regional Focal Points (RFPs) are regional coordinators who are part of the Fellow Management Unit under the overall coordination of the team lead of the Jubilee Fellows programme.
Based in 6 States within the 6 geopolitical zones;
North West (Kaduna)
North East (Maiduguri)
North Central (Ilorin)
South-South (Benin)
South East (Awka)
South West ( Lagos)
What the NJFP-RFPs do
a. Tech and Data Team: Maintain a database of matched fellows and host Organizations in respective regions.
b. Project Operations Team: support in tracking and monitoring Fellow’s attendance lists in consultation with host Organizations
c. Project Client Success Team: Support in timely collating grievances from host organizations and fellows for proactive action.
d. Knowledge Management & Reporting Team: Design and support the hosting of peer-to-peer network learning meetings, knowledge exchange sessions and check-in Meetings between Fellows and Host Organisations.
e. Impact Measurement & Learning Team: Support in consolidating project performance reports from fellows placed with the respective geo-political zone.
f. Communication, Outreach and Advocacy Team: support in follow-up with beneficiaries to build a database of human-centred stories, and quotes from both fellows and host Organizations.
g. Strategy and Coordination team: support the partnerships engagement efforts to grow the portfolio of credible host Organizations at the geo-political level. Also convene regular town hall meetings (virtual & physical only when feasible) to sustain engagement and build a community around the NJFP
Foster sustained engagement and outreach with key stakeholders – especially the private sector, innovation ecosystem, employment agencies, NGOs, State Governments on the NJFP
State Focal Points (SFPs)
State Focal Points are fellows selected to lead and coordinate fellows within their state to strengthen coordination efforts within the programme and to build a sense of community among fellows and host organizations and improve internal communication systems.
