The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a strategic initiative by the Federal Government of Nigeria, co-funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). This programme is dedicated to addressing the challenges of youth unemployment and underemployment by bridging the gap between academic learning and professional experience.
As a robust talent incubator, NJFP aims to significantly enhance the employability of recent graduates by immersing them in a practical, hands-on work environment. This is achieved through a 12-month paid placement opportunity in a variety of private and public sector institutions across the nation. These placements are carefully designed to provide graduates with the critical skills and experiences required to thrive in the job market.
